O grande economista Jacques Rueff

2018 marks the 40th anniversary of the death of Jacques Rueff, perhaps the greatest 20th century French free market economist. It also marks the 60th anniversary of Charles de Gaulle’s adoption of Rueff’s reform plan that saved France’s economy from being the “sick man of Europe.” Thanks to @libertylawsite.org for publishing my article to mark these remembrances.
