The sad and infuriating thing about this energy crisis can be indicated by the following.
One, it is completely unnecessary.It should never have happened, it is completely political and futile. Two, for these reasons it can be easily fixed with a decisive change in policy. Frustrating because the change is unlikely to happen and the unnecessary suffering will multiply.
